It is forbidden to post on the site graphic, textual information (including hidden) of a sexual, narcotic, political, nationalist nature, as well as post links to this information on the site
For Enterprises that have points of issue of goods, the site should contain information about their location (actual address, location map).
The site should contain information about the legal entity (postal address, PSRN, TIN, contact details of employees responsible for communicating with customers)
The site must contain the documents necessary for the transaction between the Company and customers in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the country of presence (contracts-offers and other documents).
The site should contain information (textual, graphical) about licenses, permits from the manufacturer or government agencies for the products (services) being sold, which makes it possible to unequivocally establish to whom, by whom, for how long, for what type of activity or goods these documents were issued (for a licensed activities)
The site should contain information about the measures taken by the Company to ensure the security of payments using a plastic card, the rules for returning payments, goods and resolving disputes in accordance with the requirements of the Legislation of the country of presence.
The site should not have broken pages: Corresponding to HTTP 301, 302, 401, 403, 404, 502 compliance codes; There should not be links whose link direction does not match the business logic of the site; which the direction of the transition does not match the one declared on the site; there should not be pages / links redirecting to other sites (without explicit indication of the redirect)
